Noise Complaint Leads to Drug Arrests in Interlachen

Interlachen FL: On Wednesday May 17, 2017 at approximately 5:30 am, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to 220 Caribbean Street, Interlachen because of a noise complaint. At the residence deputies found several people milling around the house, a shed and cars in the yard. As they approached, deputies noticed a strong chemical odor coming from the immediate area of the house. Sergeant Shannon DePew then observed an active one pot methamphetamine lab lying in the grass on the East side of the residence with the liquid mixture bubbling inside. A search warrant was obtained for the residence. The warrant was executed by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office Drug and Vice Unit. As a result of the search, Victor Concepcion, Alucia Hill, Walling Beecher, Michael Bergeron and Timothy Wheeler were placed under arrest and transported to the Putnam County Jail where they were booked on the following charges:

Concepcion – One count of the possession of Amphetamine, One count of trafficking Amphetamine and one count of the possession of drugs, No bond.

Hill – One count of producing drugs, one count of the possession of drug equipment - $5,500 bond.

Beecher - One count of producing drugs, one count of the possession of drug equipment - $5,500 bond.

Bergeron - One count of producing drugs, one count of the possession of drug equipment - $5,500 bond.

Wheeler - One count of producing drugs, one count of the possession of drug equipment, one count of the possession of a weapon - $15,500 bond.
